This is a jazz quartet formed after playing many rehearsal sessions with my long-time friend Tal Balshai, originally from Jerusalem, who plays piano normally but has acquired a B3 organ that he started enjoying more and more. We would rehearse with other musical friends of ours just for fun and exploration. The addition of Gur Liraz, a guitarist coming from Tel Aviv, and Tilman Person, a drummer from Lüneburg, completes this diverse ensemble. The repertoire of original compositions as well as other compositions spanning influences from Blues, Hard Bop, Swing, African, Oriental, and Funk, promises a diverse and captivating musical experience for the audience. We are currently in pre-production working on a new CD project, which is scheduled to be released in mid-2024. This debut promises to be a significant milestone in the quartet's musical journey, and undoubtedly, a treat for all who have the privilege to listen.
